Dear friends,
I wanted to reach out personally to my email family. Some of you may have already seen that our family recently experienced the loss of our baby, which I shared briefly online. I did not want to go on without acknowledging it here as well.
This season has been one of deep sadness. There is no way around that. And yet, even in the sorrow, I have felt something just as real: the nearness of my Savior, Jesus Christ. I know He is acquainted with grief. I know He draws close when hearts are broken. And I know He is with us, especially when the road feels unbearably heavy.
Because of Him, sorrow does not have the final word. Because of Him, loss is not the end of the story. I hold tightly to the hope and assurance of eternal family, and to the promise that separations here are not forever. That hope does not erase the pain, but it does give it meaning, and it gives me peace.
I recently shared a short Reel titled “God Is With You Till We Meet Again.” It captures what I imagine Christ saying to those who are grieving, and what my heart has needed to hear in this moment. I hope this reel and song version finds those and comforts the hearts of those who need it most. If you would like to watch it, you can find it here:

Thank you for your kindness, your prayers, and for walking this journey with me. I am so grateful for this community, and for a Savior who walks with us through every valley.
With love,
Bekah 🤍
