🎵New Easter Medley Alert! 🚨

Happy Easter, My Wonderful Friends!

I wrote a reimagined hymn medley of "Christ the Lord is Risen Today & He is Risen" and decided to share last minute despite it not being as "ready or finished" like it'd like it to be.

I recorded it myself at home, so it's not pristine by any means — just a simple offering. (Don't judge the mistakes and Frankensteined parts you hear too harshly 😉)

But Easter reminded me that the message matters more than the mix. And we bring our imperfect offering and Christ makes up for the rest, right?

I specifically wrote this version coming from the perspective of Mary seeing Christ after He was resurrected. We usually hear about the triumphal shouts of joy. The "Hosannahs and Shouts of "He is Risen!". But this encounter was just for Mary. I could only imagine her filled with awe, complete & unimaginable peace, and reverent immense joy as she knelt before her risen Savior.

This is personal. And I felt the need to share from this perspective as we each personally think about what this news of our resurrected Lord means to us. And the overwhelming gratitude and awe we feel at such a gift.

So here it is: my hymn rendition of "Christ the Lord Is Risen Today / He Is Risen."
