Hi friend 💛

It’s been a little while since I’ve written, but with Christmas here, my heart has been pulled back to the Savior in so many small and unexpected ways. Maybe you’ve felt that too. Those moments where everything slows down just enough for Him to feel close again.

This time of year always reminds me that Christ really is at the center of everything good… every bit of peace we feel, every bit of hope we’re holding on to. I’ve needed that reminder lately.

I’ve also been working on a project called “Sit With Me.”
It’s a song I wrote for my friend, Kendra who’s 9 year old daughter has been fighting stage 4 cancer and is now on hospice. This song is about how Jesus meets us right in the middle of our heartbreak and how we can show up for others the same way. This one feels really close to my heart. Mostly, I just wanted to reach out, say hi, and send some light your way. I’m grateful you’re here. Truly.

I hope your December is filled with little moments where you feel Christ near you, even if life feels busy or heavy or anything in between.
